- Maintenance Agreements:
- Includes toner, drums, parts, labor, and service calls.
- Includes a loaner or replacement machine program.
- 4 hours or less response time. A lot of times when can troubleshoot your situation over the phone.
- We offer maintenance agreements on all leased and purchased machines.
- We offer continued maintenance on machines that are kept after your lease is over.
- Remote supply and meter read monitoring.
- We auto-ship your supplies and toner when levels are low.
- Charge Call:
- If not currently on a maintenance agreement, we can still come out and service your machine.
- We will provide an initial onsite assessment for $95.00.
- If needed, we will then provide a quote for parts to fix your machine.
- Copier/Printer Networking Service:
- Includes connectivity of your copier/printer to your current network environment.
- This includes setting up scan to email, scan to folder, and setting up print drivers.
- We can assist your IT department on setting up the copier in your environment
- Rental Agreements:
- We are here to assist local and national companies that are needing a multi-function copier for conventions and special projects.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly terms are available
- Full Service Maintenance programs included as well.
